CONSTRUCTION:
ISO MOUNT is made up of a casting cover and bottom plate with a pair of rubber ¨Cto ¨C metal bonded flexible units within which are at an angular position. The bottom plate has two hole laterally to enable fix the same on the floor or structure and the cover plate has a threaded hole to mount the equipment.
The Bottom Plate :  Has a hole on either side to fix ISO MOUNT on channel , floor etc. if at all required.
ISO MOUNT can be place on a Channel/ floor by means of bolt. Also, if needed a Friction Pad made out of rubber can also be used instead of conventionally founded flooring.

WORKING

When machine is placed on ISO MOUNT, the rubber to metal bonded rectangular inserts are loaded in compression & Shear. A combination which gives the longest life with

FRICTION PADS

FRICTION PAD is made out Rubber. When bottom plate of ISO MOUNT is not fix with bolt on floor, channel or any other mobile equipment, then FRICTION PAD can be use bellow bottom plate of ISO MOUNT.
FRICTION PAD will create friction on floor resulting machine will not move / shift from installed position. Moreover, it will also absorb vibration from the floor which will not transfer vibration upto base plate of machine.
